Initial Consultation Terms:
If you would like to schedule an initial consultation with a lawyer in our firm, please complete this initial consultation intake form (click here) and email the completed form to Burke@maroldlawfirm.com. Once our office receives your request, we will reach out to collect the Initial Consultation fee of $200.00 and coordinate a time for you to meet, whether in-person, by telephone, or zoom, with one of the Attorneys in our firm.
The $200.00 fee is a flat fee which covers a meeting with one of the Attorneys in our firm for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes. If your initial consultation is less than thirty (30) minutes, even when your initial consultation is only a few minutes long, the flat fee of $200.00 is not partially refundable nor is it fully refundable.
